Join Jan Hornford to discover the potential of this ancient mystical tool as a path for connection with Self, with community, and with Spirit.
The labyrinth is a non-denominational path of well-being. At its simplest, the labyrinth is a metaphor for the journey from your outer world to your inner world. People walk the labyrinth to find their centre and to touch eternal truths. They walk to quiet the mind, open their heart, and be in communion with their Highest Self and with the Divine. It is a sacred path that engages the mind, body, and Spirit.
Labyrinths have been used for thousands of years and are found worldwide. Today they are found in churches, hospitals, schools, hillsides, and seashores, painted on canvas, and carved in wood.
The labyrinth speaks to the imaginative, intuitive, and spiritual sense of those who experience it. It is a path of self-reflection, meditation, and prayer to receive guidance and inspiration. People walk labyrinths to reflect, to find quiet and peace, to mark life transitions, to honour grief and challenges, to inspire creativity, and to seek healing and wholeness.
In this session, you will learn more about this sacred pattern and its potential to inspire change and renewal in your life.
